Rainbows and Saxophones

OA rainy day ... But we weren't about to let it ruin our holiday.  We had a leisurely breakfast under the patio roof while Noah and Candace played with balloons outside in between rain showers.
At one point the rain gave us a stunning double rainbow arching across the sky ... Fortunately, Candace was there to help hold it in place a little longer for us.
David and Carolyn spent the rest of the morning completing heir final dive for their certification and Kit and Christina stayed at the villa with a fussy Catherine who hadn't slept well.  Everyone else took off in one of the vans for a tour of the island with a short (sunless) stop at a beach on the east end of the island.  Just before noon everyone (except David and Caroyn who weren't back from their drive yet) went to a nearby Italian reataurant on the beach for lunch.
In the afternoon half of us went to a beach for some swimming and kite surfing, while those of us with little ones stayed at the villa for naps and some relaxation.  We decided this was a good night to go out for a family dinner and all piled into the vans for the five minute drive to Straw Hat - a highly recommended restaurant directly on the beach.
Despite a long day outdoors the kids were on their best behavior and did a great job of entertaining their Aunts and Uncles throughout the meal.
Cooper brought the night to an adorable and fun close for us by dancing up a storm and attracting the attention of the live musician playing at the restaurant and charming our waitress into trying to steal him.
